Keynote Moderator
Dr. Shirley Pippins is the moderator of the keynote panel. She is currently the President of Thomas Nelson Community College in Hampton, VA. She is the fifth president, the first woman and the first African American to lead the college. She is also the present Chair of the ACE Commission on Women in Higher Education. Dr. Pippins has more than 25 years of leadership, management, consulting, teaching, and faculty experience.
